I had a wonderful overnight stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out—everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service. It made my short stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming place with top-notch service.

The room was fine- clean, well equipped! But it was stifling hot- and this is in the midst of a Swedish winter. There was no way to turn down the heat so we tossed and turned for many hours. Breakfast was lovely :)

Older.hotel with the olden charm, very clean and updated. Location is amazing and is closer to everything you need.

Rooms were standard, clean and comfortable. Perfect set up. Location was fantastic for both bus and tram traffic, near central.

Nice staff. The hotel isn't too bad, but quite outdated. I was there during summer and the room got way too warm inside. There was no air conditioning, just a fan. The facilities are very old, and there were no service room for 3 days in a row. Breakfast wasn’t great. Big buffet, but very basic options. Only filtered coffe made in bulk was available. Some of the plateware were poorly washed, with traces of dirty on it.

Please be aware that this hotel is older and does not have AC. We had some really hot weather and although they provided a fan, it was not comfortable at night.

Nice hotel, walkable distance between city centre and Liseberg. Not much around the hotel so it is quiet. Breakfast has lots of options and staff are helpful.

Easy access by walking to restaurants, cafes, and the city's attractions.

Very quirky. Kids would love the loft but the stairway is very slippery. It needs slip resistant addon. The room was outdated, double beds do not sleep 2. Small fridge never cooled anything down. Rain shower is not always convenient and the shower hanlde did not have any pressure. Be ready for a flooded flor after use. Breakfast was somewhat satisfying. The location is very good and the staff was excellent!

Everything was perfect. Their breakfast is amazing and delicious. Recommended, especially for families.

Room and breakfast were okay, not bad, but nothing to celebrate. Parking is very limited and I parked in the lot next to the hotel parking overnight, for very little and then was able to move car into hotel lot for next day at echeck out time of 11 an
