We had an all-around perfect experience at the Dorint Hotel at Sylt. The staff was incredibly friendly and generously allowed us both an early check-in and a late checkout. The breakfast buffet was huge and absolutely delicious. I had everything you could possibly think of, from eggs and fish to fresh German bread, yogurt, fresh fruit, Rote Grütze, cheeses, and so much more. Our room was comfortable, recently renovated with brand-new beds, and spotlessly clean, featuring large windows and a lovely balcony. The location is ideal, very close to the beach as well as the charming little town with its shops and restaurants. To top it all off, the hotel offers a great spa and a fantastic indoor pool. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Great breakfast, breakfast staff very friendly. Spa nice but the "Dampfbad" and the jacuzzi did not work during our stay.

Great location, Good breakfast - A bit overpriced as Spa and Pool area wasnt top class. And I just don’t get why Germans forces tourists to be naked in the sauna??? They can do whatever they want but please let others keep our swimwear on!

The resort is close to the beach (right behind the dune). It has easy access to a bike and walking trail and is close to downtown. Our suite was clean and had everything we needed. Wonderful restaurant!

The restaurant is great, but its closed Monday and Tuesday. The location is outstanding. We enjoyed the very good breakfast which also included very good gluten free food.

This was my first visit to Sylt and I chose Dorint Strandresort based on reviews and the attractive images. I was not disappointed. The property is beautiful and immaculately maintained. It is also located centrally for easy walking access to all the fine restaurants and shops in Westerland. My room was more like a suite with a nice washroom, den and bedroom with a balcony with two chairs. I was only here for one night but it was a nice, restful, quiet night. I did not try the hotel's restaurant so I cannot comment on it. BUt the restaurant I walked to was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The Hotel service was excellent and I enjoyed the SPA daily.. I wish there would have been a WLAN access in my room :-(

Zimmer 301 - ist das schlechteste Zimmer was man sich vorstellen kann. Lest alle die Kritiken. Auf gar keinen Fall mieten. Furchtbarer Ausblick; ist eigentlich keiner - man schaut in eine verdreckte Bude; Lieferfahrzeuge direkt vor der Terrasse. Ich denke, man sollte vom Hotel Abstand nehmen

Tolle Unterkunft, direkt an der Himmelsleiter und wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Stadtzentrum. Frühstück ist wunderbar und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Ausstattung des Hotels mit Pool und Sauna war super. Zimmer (Studio) war großzügig, einige Möbel im Bad/Küchenzeile sind jedoch etwas in „die Jahre“ gekommen. Bett/Matratze sehr gut!
