The staff was amazing. Especially Youssef who checked us in. I made a mistake by booking the room for a single person. He pointed this out to me in a friendly way. I offered to pay for the extra person. Instead, he did not take any payment as we did not want breakfast. Instead, he double upgraded us to an executive room which was super spacious and nice. We had a lovely time in the hotel. The ABC is just opposite the hotel which is very handy.

Clean and friendly staff

Great hotel opposite to ABC Verdun. The night shift Manager, Youssef, offered me an upgrade from regular room to Executive Room. Room is spacious and full of amenities. Very comfy sleep 👍 I would recommend it and repeat it.

I was planning on staying for three weeks with my wife when we visited Beirut. We had to cut short our trip because of the country situation and head back. Expedia and Radisson were kind to refund my remaining days. We loved the hotel location, large room, service, parking valet, ABC mall, proximity to rouche. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect. The staff are most welcome and very helpful. The room after cleaning is washed and tight. I totally recommend it!!!

Walkable to a shopping mall with restaurants options

Great experience. Fuad at Check in did everything to make it easy and very special, And check out was outstanding, never had this special attention before thanks of OMAR , quickly he remind me if I forgot something with a brief list, and yes, I forgot my charger, he handle everything to make my check out easy, very professional. The special attention of all the staff and impecable conditions of Radisson Verdun Beirut. I will be back always!! Thank you all!!

It's a very nice property in the heart of the commercial district of Beirut. The hotel is connected to a shopping center with plenty of options for food and entertainment making it optimal for short stays like ours as we did not have the time to go out elsewhere. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Perfect for family and business trip

Need more services and stores that cater for the variety of needs of tourists. Such as pharmacies, mini grocery stores etc.
