Wonderful stay at this property!

A beautiful hotel! Lovely grounds! Breakfast buffet was amazing! Truly enjoyed our stay, which my siblings and I booked in honour of our father, who stayed here many decades ago

Our stay at Schloss Bensberg was great, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s an excellent hotel and we will gladly stay here again if we are in the area. The staff were great.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay at the staff are courteous and go out of their way to help. The dining is fantastic with lots of great options on the menu and a great wine selection.

Absolutely amazing place to stay and feel like a royalty.

All I can say is that I keep coming back to this incredible palace. The staff the rooms, the restaurants, the surroundings are flawless.

The breakfast was amazing. The uniqueness of the food offerings and assortment was perfect. The large soaking tub was nice. Nice dinner/lunch food choices right out side as well. There is a Rewe about 1km away in case you need any supplies.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Great service very attentive staff all around a great experience.

Impressive palace setting, with sweeping views to Cologne, great amenities including pool. Famous also for its dining which I unfortunately did not get to experience on this journey.

The Althoff Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg is a luxurious castle hotel with stunning views, excellent service and top-notch amenities. Highly recommend.

It was the best hotel I have been to so far. Everything from the food to the care of the rooms, the exterior and the SPA, everything was perfect.

This place is just amazing. The reality is even better than the pictures, it has to be seen to be believed. I've never stayed anywhere like this before. Great staff, great food, the local area has some nice restaurants, not too hard to get to Cologne (it's at the end of tram line 1). The wifi was a bit inconsistent but that's fairly common. I'm definitely going back.

Service was poor and slow. A/C didn't work well in the room. The hot tub wasn't hot. Breakfast buffet was a ripoff.

This is an amazing hotel in an old, historical property. The staff were helpful, professional and spoke excellent English. There are plenty dining opportunities. The rooms were clean, the bedding comfortable and nice. Extra bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend this place!

Great setting, great building, spa and indoor pool area fantastic and staff very nice and extremely helpful, particularly the lady on reception who kindly recharged my phone whilst I was in the spa.

The wifi in room did not work. The heating controls in the room did not work . The basin had a blocked drain. It is not giod enougj for a 5 star hotel of this standard

This is a very impressive hotel. No detail is left out. From the service on check in to the restaurant and bar all was excellent. Be sure to make dinner reservations as it was booked on our arrival. However, we had a great meal and exceptional service having dinner at a hi top on the bar.

Such an incredibly beautiful building & the staff are very attentive. Rooms were comfy & spa was wonderful also! we'll be back again!
