Best hotel ever

The restroom door was hard to close.there were small coack rouches

Stay was good,

They had plenty of parking and room was good. The only thing was I asked for my room to be serviced bed made and new towels which never got done. Stayed 3 days. Two persons you tend to need those things.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at this Ramada. From the moment I arrived, things felt off. The pool area was filthy and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while, which made it completely unusable for my family. When we got to our room, we noticed a strong, unpleasant smell right away. The restroom was even worse—it reeked of urine and clearly had not been cleaned properly. The condition of the beds was also unacceptable. The sheets didn’t look fresh and were stained, making it hard to feel comfortable. On top of that, the mattress was so hard that I woke up with back pain in the morning. For the price I paid ($195), I expected at least a clean and comfortable room, but this was far from it. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The lack of cleanliness and poor maintenance throughout the hotel made it impossible to relax or enjoy my time there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and definitely feel like I wasted my money.

I liked that they offered breakfast but it was limited to only pastries and waffles. Would have liked some scrambled eggs and sausage, like whats offered at other hotels olí have booked.

The Jacuzzi pressure was not strong enough pretty weak

Very good hotel. The only thing is that they need a guard in the pool area. Parents drinking and not taking care of their kids. Kids could get hurt by diving in from unsafe places

Staff was friendly. Rooms need to be cleaned better. Sand on floors but beds were nice and comfortable.

The room was ok door locks need updating the fridge had a water leak and the floor was a mess.

The Ramada was in a great location for the activities I had planned. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. The lighting in the room was better than most motels.

Another excellent stay at the hotel. From the front desk to Luis at the breakfast bar, everyone was friendly and helpful. We had trouble with the TV, and a maintenance man was sent right away and fixed it quickly. No complaints and will stay there the next time we go to SPI.

It was ok

It was right after spring break so pool and hottub was cloudy. But other wise rooms are great! Staff is great and the guy who helps with breakfast is great!

Good location and restaurant food was great

The room we got was big enough for our family of five. There were 3 beds and a pull out couch. It had a kitchenette and good sized fridge. The beach was a 3 minute walk and the staff is friendly. We wanted to stay an extra night and they accommodated us quickly. Will definitely stay again.

Waited in line for 30 minutes or more to check in. Asked to go through an inventory list when entering the room. The items I marked as dirty or not working were never addressed during the entire stay; dirty microwave,nonworking phone and a dirty towel thrown above the cupboards. Garbage never emptied the entire stay. The second day came back in the afternoon and neither room keys worked. Again, waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I presented key card that did not work responose was oh, gave me two new ones without any explanation. No dish towels, dish rags, paper towels, dish soap or dishwasher soap in the kitchenette unit. Was not informed we had to provide this. When I asked for paper towels for the kitchen, was told they did not have any and was given 2 wash clothes.

Everything was incredible…loved to stay there
