Very disappointing. The sound has no buffer, very noisy, loud in room.. The pool was very unclean. Unable to swim. No one at the reception desk to puchase snacks from in the evening. Breakfast mediocre. I purchased two night stay and my cards were deactivated after the first night, had to go back to the front desk to be reactivated. Just overall well below my expectations of quality.

Was amazing on issue was kids knocking on doors and the front desk took care of it promptly.

Booked this property due to location and amenities. After we got fully checked in, we were informed the pool and fitness center would be unavailable. If we knew this, we would’ve gone elsewhere.

I really enjoyed my stay. My room was on the third floor and the only time I could hear other guests is if I was standing in the hallway. Room was clean and everything worked. Only downfall is the shower head it makes it like a sprinkle or three daggers… nothing in between. I’ll be back for sure!

Rooms were amazing and so comfortable! Check in process was easy as can be and super friendly! Breakfast was delicious just missing the bacon on the day we stayed :)
