I do not recommend this hotel based on my 4-night stay. I chose this hotel for its location across the mall, but the overall experience was disappointing. During check-in, I witnessed front desk staff (Odessa) speaking to a guest in an unprofessional manner. During my own check-in, little to no information was provided about the stay or amenities. The shower drain was clogged and was not repaired promptly. We were woken by loud noise at 3:00 AM on the first night and again at 4:30 AM the following night. When I reported the second disturbance, the overnight staff (Arra) was hesitant to inspect the room and instructed me to unplug the refrigerator myself instead of resolving the issue professionally. Parking is available but was full. Front desk staff advised parking on the side of the hotel; however, this area was clearly marked as private property with no overnight parking. This left only paid underground parking at $10 CAD per night. Only two sets of toiletries were initially provided for a 4-night stay, and requesting additional items was handled poorly. No management followed up, apologized, or offered any resolution. I reported this stay to Expedia. The hotel later claimed I was offered a room transfer, which is not true. The hotel’s representative (Patricia) informed Expedia that no compensation would be provided despite the inconvenience. Breakfast was acceptable but basic. Overall, poor communication, lack of accountability, and unprofessional service.

We got the "worst" room you can get, right below the open breakfast room ( which is on third floor ) and the front desk made it seem that it was because we booked through Expedia. I had asked about purchasing Waterpark passes and they stated " Well since you booked through Expedia.... no ". Therefor each morning at 7:30am it was a continuous stream of chair noises and stomping. Location was very optimal, steps away from entrance too mall - breakfast was limited options but what you needed to get your day started. Beds and room was clean, but did have a few hand towels that had small, dark visible residue that created a Ick factor.

I will leave an honest review so people can make a decision..... The hotel was right by the LRT and accross from the Mall, almost no parking, and it was sketchy. Its close to the mall yes...but the amount of garbage outside, the hotel was not clean, and the sketchy people....inside just hanging out, and outside noooo good. Breakfast was boiled eggs and kids cereals. Beds...low to the floor and not comfortable. Its cheep for a reason. The staff was the only good thing, friendly and quick at the check in.

Reception was so friendly and helpful! Room was clean, and well appointed with real coffee. Ups and glasses. Such a refreshing change from the paper most motels come with. Yes it is a bit run down but still comfy. Been coming here for many years and this is probably our best stay

my stay was good. the bed wasn't the most comfortable and the walls/door didn't hold back much noise. the staff was nice! good place to stay if the goal is to hit up the west edmonton mall

The room was clean and organized, the staff was helpful, Bushra was very cooperative with us and she welcomed me and my parents in the hotel with a polite and positive manner.

Nice and convenient for shopping and dinning.

1st of all they make you feel bad about getting hotel room via Expedia. I got embarrassed like how they were treating us very poorly in comparison of the other people who got the room thru them. Their customer service is very poor. No smile no greeting. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel!
