Clean room staff

My room was well designed and clean. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff was super friendly. The gentleman at the front desk immediately jumped on solving a problem with an issue in the iron in the room.

Everything was great.

A bit tired but far above most local accommodations. It was clean and comfortable and plenty of parking. No complaints.

Excellent person at front desk

Room was spacious and clean. There was an odd problem with hot water coming out of the tap on both the hot and cold settings that tgey will have to take care of. Breakfast was very good! Convenient to West Point Military academy.

Staff were very nice and quick check-in. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy!

Very nice and clean place, but pool is not working unfortunately,breakfast is so good!

Nice, clean but youcould hear everything through the doors abd going on down the hall. Our air conditioner made weird noise all night.

Great place to stay. I would give it a 5 except for: difficultly turning on shower, need more space for toiletries at sink, need towel rack within reach of the shower. A plus for cleanliness, friendly staff, comfortable beds and easy to reach.

Front desk was efficient and polite Room very clean and breakfast was terrific!

It was so humid out that the inside of our room was damp. I don’t know how that works but it happened. Beds are like sleeping on a box spring. Front desk was very nice and the breakfast is good if you are on the go

I like the room❤️ The pool and sauna room Myself and my kids having a great time. In the morning we have a very good breakfast
