We didn’t have any issues service wise - I definitely could tell they gave us a smoking room, and there was some dirt/dust that wasn’t cleaned up - but overall the stay was fine - we would stay again for a quick trip.

Nothing fancy, but clean. Met the need.

there was no quailty about it.. it needs some deep cleaning, and renovations..the drawers do not stay shut...the dead bolt on the door barely latches and you can see otside on both sides of the door...I felt like I was sliding off the bed because it skants had to sleep across bottom of bed.. dirt & grime on doors... rust & dust...NO battery in smoke detector.. can provide photos upon request I took a lot...not a very safe or clean place to stay..worse Hotel I have ever stayed at

I would definately try to get a room on the second floor, the ceilings on the ground floor are a little thin, but aside from that it was a great experience. I would stay again.

Toilet barely attached to floor or wall, tub drain inoperable. I still have a contact high from the balcony blunt smoking neighbors. On the upside my truck was safe because the police were either in the parking lot or waffle house across the parking lot. Miss manners 🙄 at the morning shift didn't care in the least about the dysfunctional bathroom. If that was a Quality experience, the bar is too low .

This is an amazing hotel, with superb staff. Wonderful location and all. Currently staying here while we renovate our home. Could not have picked a better place. Thanks to all.

We stay here consistently. We are currently renovating out home and are staying here in the interim. We wouldn’t choose another place. It’s super safe, quiet, and convenient to Walmart, Waffle House, and the conveniences of 278. Nice kept secret. The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable!

We checked in Saturday night and checked out Sunday morning. We were at another hotel in another part of the city and our vehicle window busted out. But here at this Quality Inn location, everything from the customer service at the front desk from the young lady to the room was immaculate! It seemed like they updated the rooms, and it paid off. The room was spacious also. It has a fridge and microwave. It was convenient to the highway, shopping and dining. It wasn’t far from the town square also. Which has more shops and restaurants and a park to enjoy! Perfect hidden gem in Covington. Love this town. We felt so incredibly safe there. We will be back very soon actually. See you all later next week! Thanks for the amazing experience.

There was not hot water for two day, bath tub and sink water does not drain slowly hence dirty water. The hotel has homeless people coming and use the bathroom and eat the breakfast which was horrible.

Easy access

Beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Water was hot. Very convenient to walk across parking lot to the Waffle House which is right next door. Parking is a little tight. Very conveniently positioned just off the Interstate exit. Lots of other food options nearby.

Just needed a relaxing night

Was very nice. The bed wasn’t as comfortable but it was nice.
