I recommend staying at this hotel for the location, which is great! Near the Oscar Freire street, with lots of restaurants and shopping options. Also a safe area. - Check in: very slow. Although the staff was nice, it took them 15 minutes to check us in. - Parking: was extra (R$35 a day) but it’s on property, covered, and valet service included. - Breakfast: it was included and it was great! Lots of food options. - Bedroom: it was a little outdated and the bathroom could use a remodeling (they say the hotel is under construction, so maybe I was unlucky and got one of the older rooms). But the room was quiet and the AC worked perfectly. - Service: although the staff was nice, they didn’t deliver nor let me know about a package that a friend bought me and asked them to give me. I was there for 2 full days, very frustrating!

It is always a pleasure to return to the Radisson Oscar Freire! Love the staff location and especially newly remodeled rooms!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I needed some services from the front desk and they promptly helped me, with sympathy and attention.

The air conditioning was not working at several parts of the hotel, including my room. They weren’t very helpful in that situation. They also charge me for a bucket of ice.

Situated in a very nice part of town with great shopping and restaurants. Parking service is excellent.

Great breakfast, fast check in, clean and neat

7 blocks to Paulista Avenue. Although it is within walking distance, we recommend taking an Uber as there is a steep uphill slope. There are few restaurants within walking distance. Convenience stores are also within walking distance. It is a safe place. The room has been renovated. Breakfast is also average. The internet is fast. The air conditioner is also strong. The staff are also kind.

The rooms are every old. An upgrade needs to be done as this is advertised a 5 star hotel
