staff very nice, good breakfast

I enjoyed my stay

Awesome as always!

I chose Sonesta this visit and previous visits for the location and the in room kitchenette for my family. It’s been a while since my last visit and the condition of the property has deteriorated. The common gathering spaces are ok, but the elevators and hallways are run down and filthy. On my floor, the carpet was filthy and wet. There was a loud blower a few doors down attempting to dry it, circulating the foul odor into the air. The company charges for packing which is expected at some properties, however $10 per package, regardless of size and quantity of packages received is excessive. The staff however, were All cordial, welcoming and helpful. The checkin process was efficient.

I liked this hotel but a few things weren’t working like they should, like the phone in my room and the waffle maker at breakfast.

Very clean and comfortable hotel

Nice room. Mattress needs updating. This is my second stay and the mattress is so so soft. You'll leave with back pain. breakfast is 3/5. The breakfast staff is a bit rude. but the front desk personnel are polite. There's construction, which make it a hazard walking around the property as they are changing the roof.

This was a great hotel. Clean, quiet and I loved the little kitchen. It was a perfect location for me.

This day was great. The staff was amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, the grounds were well kept, and the rooms were very comfy.

Comfortable and functional, with a full kitchen and a grocery store across the street. Antonia was particularly kind and helpful.

Tasha the Supervisor was excellent, she is a great asset to the company. Otherwise from that , the first day of my vacation was terrible. I believe the hotel should have clean towels every other day especially staying there for four nights at least give us wash rags every day. They need more fresh fruits for breakfast

The front desk staff can do better. Charging 10 DOLLARS per package is plain greed and ridiculous. No hotel does that!!! You greedy people

Nice hotel with clean pool.

It was ok. Just as advertised. It was clean and conveniently located. Breakfast was sufficient. Good value for money. Located near to a Publix which was great.

The area was clean and safe. Staff were very welcoming and attentive to my needs. Room was very clean and comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good. I will always choose this hotel when I visit. If it’s available blessings to this hotel!!

Sonesta plantation is a great place to stay. Most people are very nice and the property is comfy and pleasant. I will go back any moment, thanks to Antonia specially at managing and reception.

The location was good and the hotel mediocre. The staff were awful. Miserable check in. Fighting between the staff behind the front desk. It felt like a hostile place to be
