Unfortunately, our experience at the MCM Elegante was far from what we expected. The rooms were extremely dated and not well-maintained. We even found what looked like a blood stain on the couch, which was unsettling. To make matters worse, there were dead roaches in the room, and the humidity was so intense that the beds felt damp. One of the elevators was out of service, which made getting to and from our floor a frustrating process, especially during peak times. We were also disappointed by the bar service. It’s advertised as being open until 10:00 pm, but the bartender closed up early at 9:30 and refused to serve our group. This lack of consistency was frustrating, especially since it was one of the few amenities we were looking forward to. Lastly, the general atmosphere of the hotel left us feeling uneasy. The lobby didn’t feel particularly safe in the evenings, and I would not recommend staying here alone. There’s potential for this property with the right investment and upkeep, but as it stands, I wouldn’t return or recommend it to others.

Let me tell yall! This hotel is affordable and fabulous! They have a great buffet breakfast and they also have a couple restaurants inside as well as a Starbucks! Their pool is top tier and has a lifeguard on duty! If chandler is working the front desk then you’re in for a treat because he has the best attitude! Y’all are lucky to have him working there, as well as the rest of your staff. Everyone is so polite and nice, don’t know where you all found the staff but treat them well because you’re blessed! If I come again this would be my first choice hotel!

My recent experience here was very pleasant. After many years of of remodeling after unexpected.weather events, I must say this property has come very close to reaching it’s potential. A jacuzzi room is pretty awesome! An affordable weekend stay can be in your future and there are a lot of great places to eat off of I-10 between College street and Walden Rd.

Title: Wonderful Stay at MCM Elegante I had a pleasant stay at MCM Elegante, and one of the highlights of my experience was Jessy, who handles the Starbucks inside the hotel. She was absolutely amazing—so caring, kind, and friendly. Jessy went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, treating me more like a friend than a guest. Even though I’m from India and far from home, I never felt like a stranger there. Her warmth and friendliness truly made my visit special. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel, and Jessy’s hospitality was a big part of that. I would love to visit again and again. My sincere appreciation to Jessy and the MCM Elegante team for a wonderful experience!

Stayed there previous week for work. The rooms were nice looking and clean. The staff were very helpful and the complimentary breakfast had an okay selection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
