Location was great. The reason for Average is the room needs some serious updating. The couches were pretty badly worn and the cabinets were beat up.

I frequently come to Nashville, and the Downtown Hilton has become my “home” when I visit. Every aspect from the moment of check in to check out is top notch. The staff are always extremely helpful. I travel solo, am a Senior, and I do not own a smart phone, so I often need Concierge assistance. I frequently use the Executive Lounge, which is also an added plus.

Best location if you want to be walking distance to Broadway bars and restaurants.

Fantastic spot for a Nashville vacation. It’s right in the thick of everything and if you need to go further afield it’s a short cab ride. We loved Nashville and the Hilton is perfectly positioned. Make sure you ask for a room in the edges and away from the central void to get more privacy

The whole stay at the Hilton was an excellent experience. Very clean, professional, super great location to Broadway night life and only steps to the pedestrian bridge. I will stay there again.

This is our go-to hotel in Nashville. Walking distance of everything downtown. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast buffet.
