Nice location next to the football stadium. Checking in wasn’t great, arrived at 4pm room wasn’t available until 5pm even though check in was supposed to be from 3pm. Got sorted in the end but checking in staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Parking is really easy lots of spaces. Rooms a little dated but very clean

Lovely stay and great location next the stadium. We did the tour which was great value for money. Easy access to the tram with stops to all the main attractions. Good breakfast. Local neighbourhood had a good selection of reasonably priced restaurants. Room was large and comfortable for a family of four.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was good for the stadium, and only a 20 walk to the centre of town. Easy access to tram system. The room was quite tired, and needed thorough cleaning around bathroom tiles and edges. Door handles were grubby. Most troublesome was the ineffective air conditioning, which even at full blast (with quite loud fans) was not effective in mid summer. The room was too warm most of the duration of our stay.

As a football fan, this was the perfect place to stay. Right outside of the San James and only a 15 minute walk from the Guggenheim museum. Staff were friendly and informative. And parking lot had space for our car.

Nice hotel and good value. Not in the most interesting areas but we only needed a stopover and for that it was great.

Too expensive for what it is, small rooms with views to either the parking lot or the huge stadium facade (which is less than 100 ft away from the hotel), pictures from the hotel showing a terrace with a river view gives a deceiving perspective as the hotel is actually quite far from the river.

Dated rooms, customer service average ( asked to refill water and told me to go toilet )/ not kind of answer you want on a 4 star hotel

One night before ferry no issues

Lovely hotel, but the bed was so hard that I am still experiencing back pain one week later.

Walking distance to the bus station. A good walk from the Guggenheim museum and old town. The hallways were drab, but the room was spacious and bright. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of items.

Nice, friendly Desk staff. Maintenance of room equipment was on a lower end: my room safe wasn't repaired despite numerous claims from my part.

It is a bit isolated and overpriced

Clean comfortable place to stay en route to san sebastion. We were only there for a short time but were able to walk to the guggenheim and do a river walk. The hotel kindly stored our bags so we could explore for the day.

The location was perfect for us, breakfast was delicious, and overall the hotel was great!
