Very nice place to o stay

It was a great stay! We had a comfy bed and the staff is very welcoming!

Simply enough the room I picked for the great price, was spacious and clean. I had 2 beds and then a pullout couch which was perfect. The beds were comfortable to sleep in. I had view of the pond in the back which was great. The room was clean, comfortable, had a coffee maker, hair dryer, little bars of soap. The indoor pool wasnt very deep but was very fun and i was surprised to see a little fitness room as well. The breakfast was good, the staff was polite and mannerable. No complaints. All comfort.

First off I stayed here over the night and the beds were fine and it was a place to sleep BUT unfortunately there was a number of issues with the property that were hard to ignore. A: the deadbolt on door did not work, UNSAFE. The parking lot had a number of unsavory characters that also made me feel unsafe. condition of the room was very dirty, stains on the couch, poop/ burger on floor, the foot of the table that pulled out was broken and missing and I spilled my drink on my 100 dollar shoes NOT HAPPY. no towel holder anywhere, just a small bar for hand towels. The pool was also very chilly but that's not your fault, just get better pool and it shall be good for that category. Also the light switches and some of the lights just didn't work.

HORRIBLE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! We showed up 2 hours after initial check in and the front desk worker was completely rude from the beginning. I waited 10 mins for someone to even come to the desk then when she did she Told me the room wasn’t ready and couldn’t check us in at all. I asked how much longer she stated 10-15 mins. So we waiting 30 then when I asked again and told her I thought it was ridiculous check in is at 3 and it’s now 5:30 still with no room. She told me “they are cleaning I don’t know what you want me to tell you, if you want it done faster then go help them. “ Needless to say that did not sit well with me it turned into a screaming match and me asking for a refund. The manager came apologized, got our room for us while the front desk person continued to yell at us from behind the wall until the manager had to tell her to shut up. The manager was great and other staff was nice but she was completely horrible, She needs to be terminated from that behavior. The Room was clean but hallways are not, hotel smells of weed everywhere. Parking lot had people sleeping in work trailers. Would not stay again ever.

Staff was good and did the best they could for us! The hotel needs major work done to it the sliding glass door on our room had a 1 inch gap at the bottom letting mosquitos in all night the balcony had carpet with tons of cigarette burn holes in it, our lock on our door quit working leaving us unable to get into our room making me late for our event and leaving a highly disappointed teenager that she was late to her event. Staff did everything to get into the room but was unable to we had to wait on maintenence to get us in. The beds were comfy and clean. The bathrooms need work the tub was in bad shape and tiles need to be regrouted and deep cleaned when i stopped the water off the floor the towel turned black. It's a cheap place to stay but not somewhere i would stay again.

The room wasn’t ready and the wrong room was ultimately given. All around craziness. The young lady on duty was alone and did the best she could.

Anticipating arriving close to midnight, I called to make sure that we'd still be able to check in. The person answering the phone basically made me feel as though I was bothering them by calling. After checking in, we could smell pot in the corridors as we walked to our room. The room had a fridge that didn't keep our drinks cold even though it was turned all the way up. We had a balcony with a glass sliding door that had the lock broken off. There was no way to secure the door. In the morning we noticed dried drops of blood on the floor in the bathroom trailing to the sink. The shower and furniture in the room were old and worn. The TV and the TV control didn't work at all. The site says they offer a buffet breakfast. We went down for breakfast at 8:30 and there was one warming tray with what looked like rewarmed sausage links and patties. No eggs. The so called warmer had no sterno and anything keeping the food warm. This is a health code violation to have food just sitting out. When I asked if they would be making more eggs. The woman who was there told me that they had no eggs at all because they ran out yesterday. Her response was with a major attitude. She then said she just got a delivery in but nothing about making any thing hot. I have a wheat allergy so I can't eat anything else they had.. At that point we just grabbed coffee and went back to our room.. The staff needs training in hospitality.

Overall a great place to stay but I would like to mention the place says they’re smoke free throughout the whole place but the entire smells like smoke

Great service, great staff, amazing upgrade to jacuzzi suite.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful at check in. I needed a handicap room. And this morning the lady who was cleaning up after breakfast went up to the second floor to get me a bag of ice for my insulin carrier. Everybody was very kind

Clean room, polite staff and easy access to I-75.

The staff was limited, rooms not cleaned, trash not removed, lack of knowledge about the facility.

The whole experience was enjoyable from the moment I checked in.

The pool was cold and no syrup for breakfast however everything else was good

This place is a trash. Is full of drug users, tons of people live there permanently with multiple children all in one room. Is not a safe place. Police when there a lot times

Check in went ok and hotel was nice . The bathroom could have been cleaner .

After returning from our event, Isaiah was very helpful and friendly.

It took over 20 minutes for us to be helped at check-in and there were no other guests being checked in. Employee couldn't find our reservation because she was logged into the wrong location. She didn't know which rooms were clean & available and had to knock on doors to see if they were vacant. We had to wait 20 minutes for her to bring us keys and then our room was not stocked with towels. She told us she would bring us towels and another 20 minutes went by and nothing. We ended up having to get towels aftwr we got back which took over a half hour for them to bring them to us.
