Loved it!

it was amazing, great place too stay, even by yourself

The staff were simply going through the motions with little genuine concern for service. When I had a service issue, they continuously forgot who I was (with interactions within a matter of minutes). When a serious problem occurred, I got the superficial "I hear you, sir" but without any genuine empathy and any kind of resolution. They have successfully taught their ground-floor staff EXACTLY what to say, but they unfortunately could not care less about their guests or customer service. I'm thrilled that I left and went to the Holiday Inn Express, just a short walk away, where reception actually smiled, cared about the quality of my stay, and didn't make me feel like I was an inconvenience in their oh so important day.

Our stay was wonderful. We were within walking distance of everything we needed to get to. The only downside is that our room wouldn’t get warmer than 66 F so it was a little cold to sleep in.

Very beautiful clean and classy

Everything was excellent and the bed was super heavenly.

The Marriott was extremely nice and exceeded my expectations.

The area is convenient and the room is comfortable. We do not like that there is no microwave in the room. Very disappointed that there is not a pool at this property as well. We only stay here for work and would not choose to stay here for personal stays due to the lack of amenities.

Very nice and clean

Amazing one-night stay. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was clean. We had everything we needed.

The friendly staff!

When we checked in, we were asked about parking. I told the clerk we were already parked across the street in the garage. She told me the daily parking rate was $50/day and told me to check my receipt for a refund of $100 upon checking out. Upon checking out, my co-travelers reminded me to check for the parking refund. There was no refund, and I was told the clerk was talking about incidentals. This is not what we were told, as three adults heard the same message. I am very, very disappointed that we didn't receive what was said to us.

Very nice inside but.... Toilet wasn't clean and stained upon arrival. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. $75 parking is ridiculous.

Very clean and great accessibility

It was a wonderful stay. The staff were very kind and friendly. Only struggle we had was waiting for the elevator; Which was also very understandable, since it was a very busy weekend. Thank you, to the staff, for being as wonderful and helpful as you all were.

Everything was super clean, and the staff were very nice. We ended up going to the restaurant inside the hotel for food and drinks. I have nothing negative to say about our stay

Nice clean room, basic necessities met. Bathroom had no cold water, tub was very narrow and difficult to get in and out of with a high ledge. Room thermostat was difficult to set, and didn’t seem to cause the fan to start but was able to maintain temperature. No heat or cool setting could be found. The food at Conner’s was excellent.
