The place is a little run down. Especially the pool area. The breakfast and breakfast area was nice though. Be careful about purchasing WiFi, they said it was free but somehow we got charged $50 for it and they did nothing to help us with that.

Room was basic and was has not been updated in quite some time. Furniture was stained and room was not clean.

We did not stay at this hotel. We want our money back. The room was disgusting with pubic hair in the tub. We asked for another room and the second room had dried pee on the edge of the tub. Both rooms did not look like they had been cleaned in a long time. One of my sons pointed out how dirty the floors were. We did not put anything down in either room and left both rooms immediately. When we told the front desk clerk about it, she just said that we would have to work with the 3rd party company because they had our money. She then told me that her manager would call me the next day, I have yet to get a phone call from her. I don’t know how this hotel got an 8.8 rating. The hotel must be deleting the bad reviews. The pictures on hotels.com were not up to date as the furniture was old and worn out. I want a refund from either hotels.com or Springhill Suites. Do NOT stay at this hotel. Go next door to the Hampton Inn. They were great. One of their managers even told me horror stories about the Springhill Suites in Burr Ridge.

We had 2 rooms and both had plumbing issues - back ups in both the shower and toilets - not fun!

Comfortable, excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Room a bit dark. Can make to sign at enntrance to hotel bigger, current entrance can easily be missed.

The room was dated. There were no USB ports in the room. Lamps, table in room was dusty. Very musty odor upon entry. Stains on couch and carpet.

Every thing is good

We were in town for a gala and brought the kids it was great for them and all the adults. Breakfast was great and had extended hours until 10 am

It was a awesoome stay just the had a smell and bathroom tub didnt drain

Room was great. Clean, smelled good, comfortable. The rest smelled like an ashtray. Pretty gross.

Mostly everything was great. The room was very clean and breakfast was well stocked with a nice variety of options. The fitness center was decent for a hotel. The bed was adequate, but slightly uncomfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool, but it didn’t seem to be as clean of area as the rest of the hotel. Staff was friendly and overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

Overall stay was great, comp breakfast was really good, shower was nice and hot, no issues.

Stayed here for an event I had downtown Chicago and this was perfect and out the way! No traffic and only took me 15 Min to get to soldier field. It was close to shopping and food places as well. Very clean and quiet and affordable!

Sheets had stains, room smelled molding and the carpet by the fridge was wet.

My room was a little dirty and beat up for a Marriott property. Otherwise the stay was great.

There was no cleaning service during my visit. Maybe only do upon request.

Just pay a little more attention the areas behind the pull out sofa. When the sofa is pull out into a bed unwanted stuff was visible. Otherwise it was very good. No complaints.
