When I booked, I made sure to book a queen bed as I’m 6’4 So I seen the options and got a Queen one bed room. We had been traveling all day after working. Got into the hotel around 1am after a 8 hour drive. Approached the front desk told them our name filled out our vehicle information. Then went to the room only to find two double beds. One bed was old and sunk in the middle. Dogs barking on the second floor in the morning. Elevator loud next to the room. Worst stay we have ever had from a pick off of our Expedia. Not recommended.

Had a great stay up until we forgot an important item in the room ask them to retrieve it as we would be back to get that day they were supposed to call us back never did I had to call them again so then they look in our items bag and now are holding our item that is invasion of privacy right there

Was in town for a family birthday, stayed the night and it was wonderful. Beds are comfy, lots of space in the room, staff is friendly and the pool was great!

Very nice place to stay. We were in the area looking at homes for sale. Started with one night, stayed 3. Now going back again for another 2 nights. Great place at a great price. Wonderful friendly staff throughput the entire hotel.

We liked everything about The Clarion Hotel. We always recommend this to all our friends and family.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The staff are excellent and those we spoke with were polite, friendly, and professional. The rooms and common areas were all very clean, although a previous guest had unplugged the phone in our room. It didn't make any difference but it's something that the room cleaners should probably check. Also, our smoke detector was beeping because the battery was low. A minor inconvenience but batteries should be replaced on a schedule so that it doesn't start beeping at 3am. The breakfast is included and on the weekend, the hours are from 6am - 10am. That said, when we arrived at 8:05, there was almost nothing left and we were told that nothing else would be brought out. Definitely, I would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Pembroke overnight.

Love the heated pool, but they can clean the floors a little better. The hall way rug was dirty and looked like it wasn't cleaned in weeks.

No room service. Meagre breakfast buffet. We did stay during Christmas with low occupancy so staffing seemed to be minimal.
