It was easy to locate. 15 minute drive to hobbiton. It was very clean. We made microwave food we had stored in the fridge. I like a firm bed, but they were comfortable and nice. The shower was excellent with hot water and pressure. Not every place we stayed I could say that about. I would stay there again.

very handy to the Aotea centre and Town hall for events, Elliot stables for dining options, secure underground parking available on site (pays to book though) Staff are very helpful and there is a small mini mart across the road for drinks and snacks etc.

There was no air-conditioning in my room. The temperature was 28 degrees in my room. I reported it and the front desk advised me to open my door. There were no air-conditioned rooms available. I opened the patio door and was bitten by mosquitoes. When I returned for my second stay 5 days after my first stay, I was given different room, but it also had no air-conditioning. There was a fan, but it did not help. Air-conditioning should be a priority repair. I booked this apartment hotel because I needed to do laundry after a long cruise.

Good location. A little frustrating to need room key every time you used the elevators. Ran out of indoor parking.

Easy walking distance to our show venue at the Civic theatre, Elliot Stables is just a couple of blocks away too and offers some great dining options all under one roof

The AC wasn’t working. Too hot in my room, in the penthouse. I asked to be transferred to another room but the whole building AC system was down. They gave us 1st night stay free but we suffered the whole night too hot only fan running. Unsafe to leave the window open all night, afraid someone might climb up the balcony & window. We were walking across the street, two men following us. We went inside the small store market, there were two policemen there, I asked is it safe to walk in this area? He said, “No! It is not safe in the side of the street”. Poor people building apartment I think few building across the street, I heard yelling and kinda noisy.

Fully equipped kitchenette. Very spacious and excellent view (from 7th. floor). Loved the room. Water leaked from bathtub to the floor, Informed the reception. Little noise from the street at night

Parking was not included in the price, room was nice but a bit old, as sume furniture had marks on them

Great room with all the amenities including kichenette and washer/dryer.

It was a very bad one night stay. The air-conditioning system is broken, probably for all of the hotel. Refrigerator is half working, so as very old toilets and showers. Armchairs are going to break. Very bad parking lot. Everything is very old. No way to give this hotel four stars at hotels.com ranking!!

My fault for not double checking, but I expected a place inside the CBD to have AC and it did not. Also, much of the carpet and baseboards were looking old and dirty.

Decent for the price, air conditioning wasn’t working so that sucked

The air conditioning in the property doesn’t work. We talked to the manager. First he said that A/C works on two floors. Then he tried to tell me that ac doesn’t work on the whole property. It was late in the evening. I was ready to get out but because we already prepaid for the stay, we didn’t want to lose our money. He said he will refund part of the money.

The air conditioning was broken and it was very hot inside our room. The lobby was cool and inviting but we were sweating in the room. They wouldn't do anything to help us or change to another room. It was so bad we had to leave and find another place to stay.

Extra paid for parking not happy for that

Had wonderful stay, very helpful front desk staff! Great location close to everything.

Was a good stay but wasn’t told about no air conditioning in our room until checking in. Had no choice but to stay. Fortunately it wasn’t too hot, had a fan and opened the sliding door for much of the stay.
