Excellent location, very nice hotel

The property was very nice. It was in a great part of town. Lots of good restaurants right nearby. Parking was a few blocks away. My only complaint was that the room did not have a refrigerator. But everything else was great.

We had a problem with the room cleaning service.

The staff was great. We initially got a bad room with no window, no working air condition, and poor circulation. The staff was very helpful to help us to change a room. The hotel itself is so so.

What a fantastic tourist location in Lyon. Everything we wanted was close by or a quick metro ride away. If we had rented a car my opinion would probably be different. Lots of cafes and restaurants and lots of shopping is right there. Room was adequate, not large, but not too small, was clean and had adequate air conditioning. Shower tub was very high walled and hard to step into. And the elevator doesn't go to your floor, it stops half a floor short. You still have a flight of stairs when you get off, like they knew they had to put in an elevator but don't really know why. Americans used to ADA standards will be a little stunned, but really most of France seems to be like this. There are so many cafes nearby we chose to skip the hotel breakfast. The room was stunningly quiet. We didn't hear any noise at all for four nights.

Good: perfect location to get to all the main attractions. So so: building is very old, room had a musky smell. Maybe the ac was to blame. Good to have but i think it was giving such musky smell. Incredibly tiny shower entrance. A person taller than 5 6 no kidding needs to duck to get in. Once in the shower is OK and clean. Separate toilet and shower/ sink. Very typical old French hotel Again, excellent location though Tons of restaurants and parking nearby

Great location

Welcome reception, assisted with our cases negotiating the stairs. Ideally situated for bars, restaurants and nightlife and very close to the pedestrian bridge over the river to the old quarter.

We had a great experience but the best part of it was the receptionist when we checked out. She helped us get a cab and followed up with the cab when he was late. She went that extra mile

We got checked into an already occupied room. Carpets in public areas are worn and dirty.

We stayed at the apartment and it was very confortable. a couple od dsofas were quite old and run down but the large kitchen and spaciousness compensated in excess. Parking is quite far. the entry to the apartment on the side of the main hotel is quite ugly and the elevator minute, Burt again the apartment made it worth it to look away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Best Western St Antoine. Rooms were modern and clean, the folks at reception always greet you with a smile, the location is perfect for walking to Old Lyon and also accessible to many cuisines and shopping. Only thing to take note is the lift stops at half floors so you would have to take a flight of steps to your room. Highly recommended and would stay here again if we come back to this beautiful city!

The property was quite dirty, things needed a good washing and the 1/2 floor revamp was quite odd

My only complaint is that the street was blocked off with construction and we had to drag our bags a block to the taxi stand. We are in our 70s and that was very hard on us. If i had known, i would have picked a different hotel. Solely due to that. Otherwise, we really liked the hotel and staff!
