Beautiful hotel, fantastic location, wonderful breakfast, and extremely attentive staff. Would highly recommend this hotel.

This was adequate but not great. We booked this place specifically for their spa. They didn’t let any guests know ahead of time that the spa is actually closed & under renovations. They had let us know ahead of time, we would’ve canceled and stayed down the street. But they upgraded us to a save your room. The room is still very small, the side tables are severely ineffective, and the bathroom lacks storage. But the location is amazing, the staff is very friendly, and there are wonderful on site, restaurants and bars..

The room is fantastic very clean and staff , very helpful everything was great, so definitely recommend and we come back again. Also the view was beautiful!!! Thank you!

Breakfast was outstanding, staff was efficient and kind, the pool was amazing for my kiddos, and the view of old town Riga from the hotel could not be topped. A++++ stay

Lobby clean and comfortable

The Breakfast was excellent also the service good but the one who make the agg omelette was not friendly & also i was so disappointed because i thought if you stay in Radisson spa you have access to the pool but not so its a minus for me😢

Noone came to clean the room. When I asked about it, they said that they did not clean rooms unless requested, in order to protect the environment. I checked out after one noght.

Front desk with little capacity, check in took ages and also if you want to ask something / get information, be ready to wait....

Great location. Stayed for a week but room was only cleaned once during that time. I only requested a light clean on 2 days, but expected it to be done more on the other days. Breakfast is limited and gets boring quickly, and spa/pool use is an additional charge.

You have to pay for the pool — it was only allowed once as a “complimentary” visit. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you actually have to pay to use the pool. The bathroom was poorly renovated; the sink had a noticeable yellow stain. Definitely not what I expected for the price. View was amazing.

Some of the staff acts differently from others. But mostly good. The hotel is old and overrated

Excellent experience as per usual. The Lobby Bar staff are all extremely professional and courteous. I think they all deserve a raise in pay.
