When I checked in with my prepaid reservation I was told I was being charged for incidentals only to find out I was being charged for the room again....plus incidentals. I have no issues with the incidentals I know that comes back if there aren't any, i know what that word means. I dont however wish to pay for my room twice and then have a front desk person not understand when I explain the issue with her. Then to top it off we were put on the 5th floor with only one working elevator. 2nd one was broken and the one working elevator was not working for about 6 hours on a Saturday when the hotel was very full. Front desk person also told me I wasnt a marriot bonvoy member when I am. Guess typing in a phone number is too hard for her too.
1st floor was soaking wet the whole time from people coming and going from the pool it made for a very slippery hazard for everyone
