Good hotel, nearby food and MRT

The staff is very friendly, access to the station is also close, and the room is very comfortable, very nice.

Had a great stay at Regal Kowloon Hotel. The location is very strategic in Tsim Sha Tsui, close to MTR stations, shopping areas, and many attractions. There are also plenty of food options around the hotel, so it’s very convenient. The hotel is a bit old and the decor feels slightly dated, but it’s still clean and acceptable. We booked a room for 4 adults with 2 double beds, and the room was quite spacious by Hong Kong standards, which made our stay very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Overall, it’s a good choice if you prioritize location, space, and convenience.

After checking in, the staff told us to find our own room. There was no guidance whatsoever on where to take the elevator, which side to go to, or how to get there. Once checked in, it was like going wherever we wanted. The staff member who opened the door looked at us from head to toe, extremely rude. There was no seating area to wait for check-in or check-out. The female staff member who opened the door only answered with one word, "I don't speak English," even though she answered foreign guests fluently in English. The location is good and easy to get around, but the staff is terrible. You could pay a little more and stay somewhere much better.

Close to the airport bus stop. The room is quite spacious for a hotel in Hong Kong, comfortable for families. Around the hotel there is MCD, Sevel, a pharmacy, and you can walk to Avenue of Stars. However, it's a bit far if you want to go to the mall/shopping area in TST. Suitable for visiting Hong Kong with family and just transiting for a day like us 👍 because it's close to the bus stop to the airport.

Overall, hotel facilities and services are good.

The staff wasn't very friendly. I asked to order an Uber using my phone and was told to go to the taxi station in front of the hotel. I booked a family room for 4 people, but they only gave me two large towels. The hotel's location is okay, but it's quite a long walk to the MTR station. Overall, it's not bad, just OK.

Good hotel and the location is very strategic

The view we had was wonderful, it was right at the park. The location is very strategic near MRT station about 10 mins walk. Just right beside there is Sevel, Watsons and many cafe so many choices. The room is spacious and there is drinking tap water. Great facilities. However felt like checking in takes so much time.. other than that it was great experience with this hotel. Most of the staff are friendly especially the concierge lady.

The check-in process took over 30 minutes. For some reason, noises from outside, like machinery, could be heard in the room. The glass minibar looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, and it was thick with dust.

The room was larger than I expected, with a convenient drinking water tap next to the sink. However, the bathtub was a bit dirty (there were some stains, I think from age), but the room was cleaned daily. Check-in took a little while because I arrived at 3:30 PM, but overall I found it okay.

Despite it is an old hotel, the room is quiet, clean and spacious. Had a problem in bathroom and immediately got a new room. Many restos and mini markets around the hotel. Tsim Sha Tsui is very near, about 5 minutes walk. Just beware of some indian scammers at the park, they talked about fortunes and will ask you for money.
