Fitness center unavailable. Indoor pool nice at the price point. No shuttle to airport. Breakfast more than continental. Plenty of eateries around. Huge suite - two TVs.

I did not stay here, the rooms were very dirty I canceled and got a refund receipt, I have yet to refunded for anything other than the $50 deposit.

It was very humid in the room. Even with the air at 69 the sheets and clothes were humid. You need return air flow When booking, I was never told that I had to pay an additional $50 at check in for damages. What would've happened if I didn't have the xtra $$.??

will never again stay at the country inn & suites unclean door into room was hard to open door frame broke, bathroom door would not stay closed doors closing off bedroom off hinges smoke detector gone off ceiling & what appeared to be blood spots on curtains, someone’s pants were left on floor of closet breakfast was nasty we checked out early!!! Worst ever!!! Never again Towels had black stains on them !! floors & carpet dirty worn & sticky!!!

First off, they made us pay upfront. The room wasn't vacuumed and there was plenty of stains on the carpet. Then we found dried up blood on the curtain/blinds. Top it all off the breakfast was poor, the juice machine was broken and was not appealing. They ran out of towels and bath cloths,Then upon checking out, another patron was furious that they gave a room to another person while it was occupied.

OMG! Room was disgusting! Toilet not cleaned in some time, vacuum cleaners obviously not in use. Second room we were given, room temp 79, Thermostat control buttons were missing! Completely family owned and staffed (investment property-sterotype included). Breakfast eating area so completely grundgy, old food was encrusted on equipment, counters unwashed, that we could not trust eating the included breakfasts. Pics were taken at 9 pm both nights. Only good things about our stay is the owner's son was just as appalled as we were when he inspected our room. We were told in explanation so many things/areas looked like they had not been cleaned in months was the new owners had just taken ownership. We calmly spoke to that if they only owned the hotel for a day, should not have anything to do with basic cleaning before renting a room, providing clean towels/linens and wiping down eating areas, etc. Our fav was when checking in, signing papers documents that could be used in court should we cancel our credit card used for payment and that they take a higher security deposit that may take a few days to get back after they verify no additional charges due to damage or well used towels are accounted for. You know, like the ones we had to ask for, for BOTH rooms as they forgot to leave when they "cleaned" them a few hours before.

Check in was terrible require deposit after paying online. Room wasn’t clean had housekeeper vacuum and dust room and there was towels. Pool water was freezing cold. This was the worse experience ever

The carpets were dirty. The front desk staff was unfriendly and difficult to understand. Trash in the parking lot, condoms laying around in lawn. Loud obnoxious people twerking in the parking lot. Guests using loud profanity sitting out front. Room 122, smoke detector broken and hanging from ceiling. Loud noise from AC in corner closet. No do not disturb placards. Unexpected $50 deposit upon check in yet to be refunded. Next time when looking for a place in Columbus, I will not choose this hotel.

The photos of this property were photoshopped and very misleading. The place was flat out gross! The carpets were stained and we would not walk around without socks; the “comforter” has dirt stains on it looked dingy. Our room had 4 people and they only provided us 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths for 4 people. The beds were uncomfortable we didn’t sleep at all and the breakfast room was a mess!! The counters had waffle mix all over, there was one very small pan of scrambled eggs, sausage and potatoes. I’m still trying to figure out how to get my money back!!

No towels in bathroom, had to get from front desk and they never brought up a bath Matt which I requested 4x. No towels in pool area. Carpets were dirty. Bed was comfortable. I left a necklace in room by accident when I went swimming. Called front desk 1/2 after I left and asked for housekeeping to look for it. Of course they said it wasn’t there. Breakfast area was neglected
