Fantastic service with a beautiful view

Excellent stay

Stunning property with exceptional service. Justin at the front reception was extremely helpful with all my requests. Joellen made our dining experience memorable. The food was delicious and the views amazing.

Staying at thiz property was by far, the best hotel that my partner and I have ever experienced!! Every single person there made us feel so welcomed, accommodating, and the customer service provided was beyond exceptional! I would like to give an extra special thank you to the following employees who were absolutely a pleasure to meet! Club Lounge: Rosina, Briana, and Violeta! Everything is clean and the grounds are kept in pristine condition.

Just spectacular all around

It’s rare for me to think a $1k / night rate for a hotel is worth it but with this Ritz property, I felt like it was a bargain. Had the ocean view room, no balcony for the basic one but regardless was incredible. I am excited to go back and try a different room. The staff were helpful and present at all hours.

Great ocean view

Loved the stay, however, the food (lunch) at the Conservatory was mediocre at best.

Not worth the price! Nice location, but there are several nice hotels with as good a view for a quarter the price. Nothing special about this place. Over priced food and average service at restaurants was disappointing. Went for Anniversary, paid $1600 for the night, and not even a card in the room. Won’t go back! Do not recommend.

The Ritz Carlton Halfmoon Bay should be on everyone’s bucket list. Beautiful property. Definitely get a room with an ocean view.
