The bathroom counter was spacious and the lighting was good. Hair dryer was banged up, but worked. Bathroom sink did not drain very well. The beds were comfortable. Couldn't get air conditioner and tv to work properly. There was a small couch, but it was too low and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was pretty good.

The lady at the front desk was very courteous.

The staff was friendly. The hotel is in a good location relative to Yosemite National Park. Great value.

Needs some updates. They serve breakfast but very limited & late in the morning, 8am. Good location to get to Yosemite NP, an hour to the Valley.

Dirty. Maid left her cleaning rag on the counter because she got distracted watching our TV while on duty. Cleaned our floor with sour water. Ew. Did change out towels, but that's it. 3 security doors do not lock on this premises, including our room door. Dirty halls that need 2 b vacuumed throughout. No handicap access oe elevator fyi...

Property was good .. I didn't like shower head water barely came out and A/C didn't work..other then that it was good

The young man who helped us had amazing customer service and I was really impressed by him. Also he has great suggestions for restaurants!!! Try the bbq restaurant across the street!!!

No Breakfast. I was told eggs are too expensive. The bathtub water turn knob not working and toilet got clogged

Rooms need to be updated. Towls ate old and beds are old blankets are old

We stayed twice in two weeks. Requested same room second time. They complied very easily. We enjoyed the room. Very freindly staff and clean room.

Great parking in upper level as we traveled on motorcycles with a group of 4 other couples. Denny's was great for breakfast the next day. Other restaurants & gas stations nearby. Good for the price. Location was excellent!

TV didn’t work the whole time

The parking was easy as there were like less than 10 cars within the whole parking area. The hotel was easy to be located. However, if you are travelling with kids, do prepare to make a few trips to your car to retrieve luggage as there was not lift and the stairs were at both end of the hotel. I was greeted by a not so friendly and attitude front desk personnel and he claims that i did not declare the number of people staying in the room correctly when there was a glitch with their system. Kind of disappointed with the breakfast as it only starts at 8AM and ends at 10AM.

Tv didn’t work. Took three try’s to get the front desk awake to check us in. At 7 pm not even late Got up the next morning tv still wouldn’t work front desk would not answer phone went to get breakfast and no one’s was there and wouldn’t answer ring doorbell. Terrible customer service would go to Hampton next door or holiday inn.
