Good place to stay for leisure, because I couldn't work, the internet at my room reminded me to the early 2000's. 6Mpbs speed, tried lots of things following staff guidence, but then gave up and went to the office.

Language barrier somewhat an issue especially with maintenance

It was a wonderful stay in the Moema with excellent bars and a particularly wonderful restaurant half a block away! Everything was clean and functional. The free breakfast was delicious and varied. The bed was comfortable and the room was nicely decorated! Three elevators for quick service. The staff was very helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Estanplaza hotel! Would stay here again.

The stay was great. Due to the pandemic the gym was closed which was part of the reason I chose this place. Otherwise great stay.

Excellent location, clean, easy and comfortable. Nice touches like multiple country outlets on the desk. The hotel is a bit aged, but still in good shape and much better quality than comparable priced hotels in Moema

Very good and well located but the air conditioning in the room was not working properly.

Everything was good upon arrival, staff was receptive and nice and lunch at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet was ok and room service was not good. We ordered soup and the side of bread was old and cold. Second time we ordered soup, we asked if they could toasted the bread, they didn’t

Amazing, as always in every Estanplaza hotel. I arrived on Easter Day and there were chocolates and a handwritten letter wishing me a nice Holiday :)
