You can tell the building and the room was old, but somewhat rennovated. Most important, It was clean. I liked having the hardwood floors instead of carpet. My husband said the bed hurt his back, but I thought it was very comfortable and I slept well. Our TV would not work, the gentleman we called at the front desk, was there and fixed it within 5 minutes. It served our purpose, as we just needed somewhere to sleep and have a shower, that was close to our 2 day conference.

There wasn’t much about this property that I really liked. I had a issue with my room and when I explained to the employee the issue with my room, he seemed like he already knew the fire code violation and the other problems with the room.

Upon checking in, front desk staff was very friendly. Check in was a breeze. Good location as there were several restaurants close by, some within walking distance. Hotel was just ok as far as cleanliness goes. Pool closed by 9pm.

When my wife and I crawled in bed, we both rolled downhill to the center of the bed!! We could not lay flat at all, rather slanting into the middle I spilled water on the rug around the bed, when I took a towel to pat it dry, the towel turned brown. Disgusting.

Tv remote didnt work , hair dryer didnt work , we had 3 adults and 1 child , but were only alowed 2 bath towels . The pool was nice but the stairs to get in were very slippery . 3 people fell getting in , including me. I really expected more paying 115 per night . Very disappointed in our stay . We will not be staying at red roof again .

When we arrived to check in, our room wasn't ready, they were fixing a plumbing issue in the bathroom. We told them, we were going out and they said they would have it fixed by the time we returned. Our toilet was not working that evening, we had to go down to the lobby and use the restroom. They did nothing to compensate us. We do not recommend staying here.

First turn the TV didn't work and they expected me to wait for them to get there and put my shower and everything I had to do on hold, so I told them to move me rooms they did the first night was fine the second night or day from about 11:30 a.m. only until 8:30 at night there's a dog next to me that would not stop barking called the office twice and they still allowed the person to stay there even though the dog continued to bark. They also give you 1 wash rag and 2 bath towels. they think 2 people are gonna use 1 wash rag. Or 1 person use it for multiple days. Want extra ask 1st or bring your own.

When we arrived the refrigerator in the room did not work. This was reported the first night and was not repaired during the entire stay. There was mold in the bathroom. We had to go to the desk for towels each day

They helped us out after lost our place. Good people. Polite my car even broke down there and they let me fix right there instead of towing it
