This hotel was perfect for our needs. Super comfy beds, good breakfast and polite staff!

Everything is excellence

Great place to stay. Very clean, no funny smells. The airport shuttle picked us up and the next day we decided to rent a car and the hotel offered to shuttle us back to the airport to get our car.

Overall a good experience. Could hear some noisy neighbors but it wasn’t too bad. Very clean.

Fantastic staff! Very clean! We arrived very late and had such an easy arrival…I called the hotel for a shuttle from the airport and it arrived in 15 minutes just like they said. A 10 minute ride to the hotel and then an easy, quick check in. The room was very clean. The continental breakfast was great…egg and sausage muffins, yogurt, different breads/bagels for toasting, many toppings for the oatmeal. Good selection of juices and cereals. They even had oat milk and gluten-free muffins for those with food allergies. This is a great spot to stay in Fairbanks! My 2 suggestions for improvement are that they need better pillows and the heat in the room was a little too high and didn’t seem to be adjustable…we turned the heat down, but it didn’t change the temperature. All said and done, we’d happily stay here again!

Same breakfast everyday no variation. Nice close to Thai restaurant. Free airport transportation. They able to check in me early. Facility is not sound proof. I could hear sound on the third floor.

People not friendly or informative. They need to provide information as everyone there is a visitor and looking for basic info. Breakfast hours too short.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had during my recent stay at the Fairbanks SpringHill Suites. Unfortunately, I encountered an employee whose behavior was notably disrespectful. This experience was both unexpected and disappointing, as it did not align with the high standards of hospitality I have come to expect from Marriott properties. I believe all guests deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. I am sharing this feedback in the hope that appropriate steps will be taken to address this matter and prevent similar experiences for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this issue. I would appreciate any updates or follow-ups regarding this matter.

Nice hotel in a good location.

Nice room with a comfortable clean bed. Breakfast food was of good quality. Kaitlynn was a hard working young lady we saw during breakfast service for three days. She worked with smiles on her beautiful face. Nice thing to see. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Eddy who drove the shuttle was very courteous and helpful. We had a great time staying there. Will be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Breakfast included. Close to hotel. Other guests were rather loud and you could hear a lot in the hallways and neighbor rooms.

I did my homework when looking for a hotel for this vacation. I liked the free breakfast, shuttle, gym, hot tub, laundry, pool, size and cleanliness of the room, and the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. What I didn’t like was that the hot tub was warm but the pool was too cold to swim in, and I was told the heat couldn’t be adjusted and to keep it at a constant 80 degrees would ruin the chemicals in the water. That doesn’t make sense since there’s a hot tub that is constantly kept warm. There was no spa, and that was an amenity that was mentioned. Since there is no spa, it should be omitted from the list os amenities. The cost of doing laundry is too high. $4.00 to wash for 30 minutes and $4.00 to dry for 30 minutes? That’s ridiculously expensive and unfair. Why can’t waffles be available one day a week- like a Wednesday in addition to Saturday and Sunday? I love waffles. Also, my girlfriend and I asked for a 3am wake up call so we could catch the 4am shuttle. We never got the wakeup call. The body wah in my bathroom ran out. After anyone leaves, the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and the body wash should be refilled. There should have been bottles of lotion on the sink counter. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would love to come back if the elements in my review were implemented

Was really nice and I was happy with the services spring hills a grate hotel I highly recommen stay there

I wasn't feeling well on the day of checkout, front desk was so helpful and gave me an extra hour to rest. Housekeeping even asked if I needed tea; I love staying here while in Fairbanks.

Staff were excellent.

Jaqueline who checked us is was great. The lady who checked us out was snappy and not pleasant. The worst part was the awful bed. That was probably the worst mattress I have ever slept on and you can tell it hasn’t been replaced.
