Wonderful staff considering our circumstances. Front desk understood our needs and help accommodate our trip.

The entire facility was clean and very well kept. The staff was professional, courteous and very accomodating.

Nice staff, clean pool, and very clean rooms no complaints at all. Most likely will stay again if there is vacancy !

The air conditioning never got cool. The refrigerator did not work. The employees were all very nice.

It was an amazing stay at the hotel. My grandkids loved the variety of breakfast items, and the pool. Check in was easy, Zane was GREAT, he helped with ideas, things to do , referred us to great spots and eating places. Thanks♥️. We will definitely refer, and return.

Was good overall very friendly staff

Front desk Indian woman was rude. The carpet was badly wrinkled. TV remote did not work nor did the phone in room 202. The rooms were small and doubled bed rooms only had full size bed NOT queen as was reserved, I will not ever stay at the La Quinta in Hot Springs again, I will take my business elsewhere.

This place is filthy gross. Dried stuff on celling. Window screen bent and barely hanging on. Stuff in the floor. And someone smoking pot and it stunk so bad you couldnt hardly breath. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place.

La Quinta Inn used to be the top of the line, however this one was mediocre at best. The staff was cordial but not super great. The bed was very comfortable and I loved the feather pillows. The a/c was either way too cold or way too hot. The facilities are aged and could really use an upgrade. The coffee is terrible!!! There was a family with small kids next door, the noise was unbearable. Won’t stay there again.

It was very clean and the staff very friendly. Very quiet.

The hotel was clean and the room was clean. The only thing negative I have to say is we were about an hour away when I received a call saying they did not have a room with a roll in or walk in shower which I wanted and booked it. Instead I had to take the room with a tub and grab bars. When they asked me if that was ok, I didn’t really feel like I had a choice, since she said it wasn’t available.

Property was little old and we lost power in the night and they did not have a generator either. We had to walk a 4 floors stairs with luggage.

Great front desk staff in the morning!

Tv has a line we really can’t watch it, old tv, bathroom with broke tiles , toilet and rack towels holder loose , really needs things to be fix it. Not a good experience about it.
