We were on the club floor and the staff were amazing! Location was also great for the sights we were interested in.

My stay at this hotel was amazing. The staff was professional, helpful, and friendly —an exceptional experience. The concierge was very helpful providing excellent recommendations and great directions for getting around the city. The restaurant was great and had a nice selection of dishes; the food was delicious with perfect portions, and the waitstaff provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained at all times, and had a spectacular view of Chapultepec Park. I would definitely return to this hotel on my future visits to Mexico City.

great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The view we had (half of the city and half of Chapultepec park) was great. The location is closed to many attractions.

The staff lost my bag — they allowed a third party tour guide access to my room right before I was about to check out. I returned to my room after I went out for breakfast and my bag was missing. The tour group had already taken my bag and they were an hour out. I had to wait for my bag to be returned to me and almost risked missing my flight. Before the incident I was enjoying the hotel so it is unfortunate that they did not prioritize safety of their guests. I would feel unsafe staying here again knowing that they provide their master key to people who are not employees of the hotel such as housekeeping.

Room was huge; bedding was crisp, clean and super comfortable; daily late afternoon inquiry asking if we needed towels, pillows, waters, etc. much enjoyed; location, directly across from Chapultepec Park, perfect.
