Right on the beach ! Can’t wait To come back!

The room was horrible dirty, when you call customer service it takes 7 or more calls for some to finally answer and when they do it takes them hours to get your what you want, bathroom clogged 3 out of the 5 days we were there and every time we had to call multiple times for someone to come to fix it and had to beg because the kids needed the bathroom, room service came once the whole stay when we requested it twice, towel changes required 7 calls everyday to get them and then 3 hour wait on them because the person going around doesn't knock the door just says towels in the whole way and your supposed to hear him if your inside and if your not too bad. Massive renovations need to be done and the place just uncomfortably dirty

Great place

ESJ was very accessible to near by restaurants, beach and Viejo San Juan. Will consider this hotel once more for my next trip.

The hotel room was riddled with mold to the point it affected my breathing. The beds were extremely tough and not comfortable. The stove top would just turn on by itself to the point we had to unplug it and to add insult to injury the pool was closed.

It didn’t have cleaning service in the room. Only brought clean towels. The pool was not working. It was clean and a beautiful view. The beach was close and good

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. Walking distance to stores and the beach.

Unfortunately, the hotel was not as advertised. There are pictures of a pool on the internet but I was told they haven’t had a pool in years . Also there were some unfinished things in my hotel such as the shower didn’t have a door and water constantly was on the floor . There were maintenance materials left in the room as if someone had just been working in it . In addition to the actual room the hotel hallways had an unpleasant smell and damaged walls/doors . I was there fr out of town and highly disappointed in the level Of quality they offered . I believe I should be compensated!

The property is cery walkable to the beach, dining, and shops. The hotel is dated, run down, moldy, and filled with humidity. The bedding felt wet and overall was very uncomfortable.

What I liked it’s that it’s beach property but the pool was not available don’t even know where it is located . There’s construction around as well. Not much custormer service if any at all . Has potential to be a great hotel like years ago .

Very nice redone room with great view

They didn’t vacuum the whole week or change sheets on the bed. They did come everyday for trash and towels. Very old cabinet in the bathroom. The dresser drawer smelled like mold so we didn’t even use it.

Not impressed with the customer service whatsoever. Asked for a cot and received like a topper for a bed. AC stopped working at midnight. Thankfully my uncle was able to fix the compressor. Otherwise, we wouldn't have gotten any service at all. The security guys were awesome.
