Location near the airport. There is a 24 hour shuttle car available to take us to the airport or to the Blue Line which can take us anywhere. Close to Target and restaurants.

The check in’s staff on 20 April around 4pm is no service mind. I'm a fan of Best Western, I stayed at Best Western in another country before and all of then have fantastic staffs. Just really surprise that this Best Western at O’Hare is one of BW group. Won’t back there again.

The rooms are very clean and neat, the towels are very clean, the hot breakfast is quite good, free parking.
