Great staff. Very comfortable. Excellent service. Fabulous breakfast in gorgeous huge airy conservatory. Stayed here many times. Some extended like this trip (12 days). Location truly cannot be beat.

Amazing place to start a holiday, very central, close to the start of the yellow bus tour, plenty to choose for breakfast, dinners very tasty, staff very friendly and helpful. Was upgraded to a suite - lovely, spacious and quiet

The staff were superb and so accommodating, from facilitating an early check-in to assisting with our onward travel arrangements when our flight was delayed. The room was huge, clean and well appointed and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and inexpensive.

We have stayed here many times and always feel at home. this time I had booked the cheapest room as we were only going to be there one night between flights, but they upgraded us and allowed us a late check out, arranged transportation to the airport. Very nice hotel.

Always stay here, desk staff helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, great breakfast buffet, convenient to La Biela, aeroparque, tourist restaurants. Easy taxi distance to Palermo. Walk to art museums. It is showing its age a bit.

We stayed for three nights after visiting Iguazu Falls and staying at the Belmond. We paid the same price for three nights at both hotels and the 'come down' at the Loi Suites was remarkable.With a couple of exceptions the staff were disinterested and unhelpful. On our second day we arrived back at the hotel just after a large tourist group had checked in and there was a massive queue for the lifts. We asked where the stair were and were told they couldn't be used and were only for emergencies. A whole pantomime ensued with us being taken to -2 to get a lift (down the stairs!), so essentially pushing in front of all those waiting on 0. The room was shabby and the bathroom dated. The breakfast was unappealling but the coffee was great! Very disappointing - wiouldn't return.

Great service and professional. The front desk was very helpful.

Nice, clean, and spacious room with a view of the Recoleta Cemetery. The spa/pool lounge in the basement was extremely helpful for us to reorganize our luggage after checking out. We were able to take a shower and rearrange our suitcases before heading out to the airport in the evening. Very nice.
