They have a policy card at desk which they don't follow. It says they accept cash, they don't. They don't accept Chime credit cards or debit cards (even though they have the Visa logo). They don't accept CashApp. The clerk trots out a piece of paper that is not visible at the desk with forms of payment they don't accept. These restrictions are also not on the website. Therefore I could not check in; had to find a new hotel. In addition, I had a company carrying my things and I had to pay over $300 more because of the delay.
