Everything was horrible. Will never stay at one of your properties again. Left a day ahead of time because of your rotten rules. No chairs to sit by the beach on unless you want to charge people $35 for a cabana from an outside company. Charged us $258.00 for a reservation we made months in advance, but if we walked in from the street it would have been $143.00!! Wanted to charge us $45 for a parking pass for friends coming to visit for 2 hours!!! Took inventory of kitchen utensils. Who the hell would want that old crap. Microwave did not work. Website was totally misleading about the size of the room!! No extra blankets for the bed. Who ever heard of wrist bands to use the pool??? The only time I’ve worn a wrist band is when I’ve been in a hospital!!! They told me I had to pay $78.00 at the property, charged me $88.14. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a Expedia property in our lives. Spent almost $600 for 2 nights and left after 1 nite. The absolute worst!!

This wasn’t a resort in my opinion, but when we checked in I had to pay a resort fee which was more than what Expedia said was owed over $400 more.Not sure how Expedia can sale the room for one price and when you arrive the resort charges you more.Room was hot and the manger did provide us with a box fan for our room.The outside of the property had ants on the sidewalks,balconies and steps.The ceiling on the outside were falling off.No coffee in rooms,had to walk to the front desk at 8am to get free coffee.Happy hour served HOT beer and wine.No housekeeping you had to lay your dirty towels outside and trash,if you needed toilet tissue you had to go to the office to get it.This wasn’t at all what I expected out of a stay very disappointed.

Very clean and beautiful beach

This place is incredible, our 2nd visit there. Oceanside pool and easy beach access and long term repeat customers over 2-3 decades. Met the owner. The staff is exceptional and suoer accommodating.

Awesome boutique hotel! With the best staff ever! Can’t wait to go back in October- and unlike all the other family owned properties on the beach who sold out to corporate interests they are still family owned! Best price on this sandbar! And no gouging- even at their beach bar!

Spotless room with full-size fridge, 2 burner stove and fully stocked kitchen. Pristine pool . Backs up to a private beach with glorious sunset views. Staff were efficient and welcoming. Location is close to great dining (1200 Chophouse) and excursions. Already planning my next visit!

Love the Hotal. But limited bat and no food. That’s an inconvenience for not wanting to leave Hotal for anything. So we did have a small stove but don’t want to cook for a short weekend. We always had to find food. Due that reason only it’s not do me. Thank you

Great place to stay, fun and unique atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well decorated with comfortable beds. The area is still recouping from a hurricane so pulling up, the surrounding area isn't the greatest. Johns pass is not far and has great food and shopping. I recommend this resort for a fun beach getaway.

No food offered on the hotel, just coffee. I didn’t like the hidden fees $20 each person for the wristband as a way of charging extra fees. This should be disclosed during the charging per night process.

We brought our son and 9 year old grandson with us for a long 4 day weekend on 7/4/25. The area is still rebuilding from the Hurricanes The hotel was perfect for our stay. The beds & bedding were comfortable & clean. There are a lot of games and activities

Beautiful place whit beach front

The bed was terrible, the sheets and pillows case were very old. The toilet had a marked in it. The drain in the bathtub was very slow.

Lovely place to stay on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Good restaurants within walking distance.

Cute design, spacious, liked the free wine/beer happy hour, some updating needed in the room like the bathtub and some of the bathroom fixtures like TP holder and shower rod were coming off the wall. Our 2nd time there and it won’t be our last.

Great very social or unsocial proorrty if you know what I mean. I had a great time there
