The we had two rooms that were terribly cleaned. Hair everywhere from the previous guest. The air conditioning didn’t work in the room it was more of a fan. The food and drinks were ok. I would never recommend this hotel to a friend or family member. I was severely disappointed. We’ve been to resorts in the Dom.Rep. for the past 25years and we’d never had an experience like this one. The hotel needs a revamp the paint is worn off, furniture it’s old and flimsy in the room. We left a day early.

The property location at one of the best beaches, the VIP area service in general is great specially the staff!

Booked room for parents, check in was easy, everyone was friendly, and food was great. They had a great time!

The food

Very relaxing.

The beach is beautiful. The room had a unpleasant smell, and the bathroom didnt seem clean. Snack bar opens at 12 which is weird, if you wake up past 10 youll have to wait till midday to eat. The food is okay.

The room was not what I pay for only one bed the air condicional didnt work

The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was a bit overwhelmed with our checking and later on the front desk staff was kind of rude and condescending. They also charged me for Wi-Fi that never worked. The food was the best I’ve had in an all inclusive hotel and the views and amenities as well as the planned group activities were very good. Overall a very affordable family friendly place, but I would not be persuaded to visit again. There is nothing wrong with the place just not my style.

Place is nice very well maintained. Short on staff makes it hard for the customer to feel attention. Rooms no iron, safe in room unlocked and charge to use the safe. No wifi there is a charge for WiFi.

El servicio al Cliente muy malo, yo tenia una habitacion en select pero en el cuarto piso; le dije que no podia subir por MIs rodillas y me la cambiaron a un tercer piso en el area economica y de muy mala manera. Yo pague para estar en select o privilege. No es justo.

The very few staff working did their best. The food availability is extremely limited and so are the open bars.

Amazing views in a quiet and relaxing hotel

This hotel is not what is shown in the pictures the beds are size full not even a queen size bed the restaurants are always full you are only left with the buffet to eat. The rooms smelled like old moldy rooms

The property it’s OK

Beautiful property, great staff! Rooms could use some updates but still clean and comfy. Please take sufficient amount of money for tipping. Change was not always available and all staff members provided exceptional service. Tips are well deserved and greatly appreciated!

Is a great report, staff are so nice, food was great. The beach was beautiful. I went to Casa Marina. But next time I will do the Casa Marina adults only, looks even better. But definitely going back to this resort..
