Perfect stay being just minutes away from airport. Offered free appetizers at night and an excellent breakfast in the morning. Kids enjoyed the basketball court in the courtyard.

This hotel had everything and is very close to downtown but I could also take back roads if I didn’t want to hop on I 79

The breakfast was terrible.

Close to the area were I had to commute to. The breakfast was very good to be included with the room. The social hour that they have for the customers was a great thing to show appreciation.

Super comfortable, clean and convenient.

Overall pretty good. The handicapped accessible shower had no water pressure. Made it a bit rough for my husband who has to sit to shower. The staff was very nice. No maid service on the weekends, but you could get towels at front desk. Breakfast was good everyday and everything was clean.

Service desk was super friendly, room was very clean.

I was in town for business. The rooms are standard for this type and the property is in need of and about to undergo a renovation in Spring 2025. Some rooms had hot water issues. My in room phone didn't work so anytime I needed to get the front desk I had to call from my cell phone. The wifi seemed to be fine. The breakfast is better than many hotels I've been at as far as the amount of choices. The evening happy hour is a nice touch. I LOVE the fireplace in the lobby but I think that will go away during the renovation which is a bummer. Bottom line, I would stay there again if I was working in the area.

Overall, the hotel was fantastic. The only drawback are that the toilets are so low. Not sure why all the toilets haven't been updated to chair heighth yet. On a side note, a handicapped suite wasn't available but would have booked it if it was.

We stayed two nights: one at each end of a trip in and out of Columbus. This hotel is a good value due to its airport proximity, free airport shuttle, and free morning breakfast service. Several of the staff here were very personable and helpful.
