Very pleasant staff, good continental breakfast, clean. Comfortable stay. The room could use updating.

The front desk staff was very friendly and made the check in process quick and efficient

This was our first stop at this hotel. We thought it was clean, staff was nice and breakfast waa good.

My Room door “Battery” was dead. I had to walk back in forth to the front desk. Had to be walked up from the front desk with no new key made. Disappointed

The place is very clean and the staff is kind. Its a beautiful hotel. My only issue was the bed. It was uncomfortable, small, and it felt like I was on a water bed anytime we rolled over. The whole thing moved.

The lobby area was nice, and the young lady at the front desk during check-in and gentlemen at the desk during check out were very pleasant. The building is older, which isn't necessarily an issue - old can still be clean. However the room was filthy. Quite certain it had not been vacuumed (or barely cleaned at all), as there was hair, food, and what looked like skin flakes on the floor and couch. Also a giant dead centipede and pube hairs all over in the bathroom. Luckily the linens were clean, but the box spring cover was stained with suspicious stains. The remote control was so disgusting I simply opted out of watching TV. Zit stickers left on the walls. Needless to say, I won't be staying there again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Check in was quick and easy. Didn't catch her name but the check in person was really pleasant. We don't drink coffee, but asked about hot chocolate and she got us some. The next night we asked the check in person about hot chocolate and she said they were all out. I could be wrong, but I don't think she really bothered to check. So we were disappointed the second night. When we checked out the person was really pleasant as well. Overall a good stay even with the tornadoes.

Cleaning could be better. There were cobwebs and bugs.

The hotel looks nice from the outside but inside it's outdated and it's just plain nasty. Stained carpet, stained couch and pillows, hair in bathroom. The halls and elevator weren't much better. Definitely not a comfortable stay.

Easy access and I love the design of the room. Big closet and sink in kitchen. The breakfast was great. Wonderful experience.
