Not only was this a well looked after property. You could tell that the people that were there really cared. You had Alexa on reception and David and John as well. Breakfast was served by Mike who was always very diligent and the food was very good.

Front desk personnel was very attentive and helpful.

TV was difficult and had some blackouts

Night manager, John, was great. Friendly and genuinely invested in m as king sure I had everything I needed for a good night away from home. Thank you.

The bed was horrible, they definitely need to upgrade

Upon arrival had to change rooms as curtain was broken. Toilet ran all night. Breakfast was horrible. What was called a cheese omelette was inedible. Even the bagel was bad. Not a holiday!

Above average hotel and experience. I would stay again.
