Waited an hour on line to check in. Self check in kiosk was telling us (and everyone else in line) that our rooms were not available. At check in the room type and tower I reserved were not available. A very nice employee was understanding and gave us a suite with one king bed in the Dennis tower instead of a standard two queen room in the Ballys tower that I had reserved to make up for it. The suite was huge! We were very excited for that, until we looked closely around the suite. Five missing lightbulbs (including in the shower) brown water coming out of one of the sinks, lighting fixtures hanging down in the bathroom showing exposed wires and holes in the ceiling, and the icing on the cake, my daughter opening the night table drawer to find a box of magnum condoms!!! This was all reported the next morning although the staff couldn’t have been bothered. Shout out to the maintenance guy that came right away to change the lightbulb in the shower so we didn’t need to shower in the dark. 0 out of 5 stars.
