The property was dirty, did not feel safe. I could not open the windows. Nothing was opened in the hotel, including the pool. The whole place was just dingy.

The property looked unclean, unkept and like it had been uncared for. Tiles were falling away from the bathroom wall, the door that hides the mini fridge had fallen off and was stuck beside the cabinet. The carpet that meets the bathroom had carpet tacks dislodged and sticking up. I had a nice view of the mountains and trash dumpsters but it was a nice room besides it's minor flaws. The casino was practically empty and under construction. Looked very desolate but it was quiet.

I had the worst experience here at this hotel. There was dead and alive cockroaches in the hallways and in my room, I could not get a refund and there was no other hotel to book in surrounding area, Buffalo Bills had no rooms for the dates I booked. They had no water to offer and no ice. It was the worst.

Read this review before booking. If you are looking for a place to sleep, and can not make it to Vegas, this is your only option. Reserve a room on the FIRST FLOOR. We stayed on the second floor, the room was gross and the sheets had stains, the toilet did not work, and the bathroom floor was messed up. There is no food available, no bar, no gift shop, only a vending machine. When we stayed on the first floor, the rooms were much nicer and cleaner, it appears they are remodeling the rooms and starting on the first floor. The pool was not open for the season, there is a large gym, and the 'casino' is digital games only. There is nothing in the area, McDonald's for food, Carl Jr, Dennys next door in the casino, Starbucks in the gas station. I also learned that the owner of the Primm is the owner of Buffalo Bills, and the employees who work for these places LIVE in the housing behind the hotel. We did not feel unsafe, the pictures are not what is advertised but it was a place to sleep.
