Beautiful location. Hotel needs more amenities.

It was nice views and a comfortable bed. A coffee pot or kettle in the room would have been nice.

Concerns about room, were shared balcony with a guest with a dog. Shower screen had no lower seal to bath, resulting in wet room effect to bathroom.

Great stay but a very basic hotel. No mini fridge or hot water kettle. Great views as long as the cruise ships are not in port. Check the schedule to make sure.

Lovely hotel with an amazing view of the fjord nice staff and easy parking. Dinner was buffet style, it wasn't too clear beforehand how much it was but felt the buffet was overpriced even by Norwegian standards

Bait and switch. Charged us for a balcony room at a luxury hotel. Gave us a room at a basic, no frills hotel at a different that would have cost half as much if I had booked it directly, but charged us full price plus premium for balcony.

The hotel was beautiful! The recently renovated room had a patio with a gorgeous view of the fjord. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking with an EV charger was easy and convenient. The restaurant had either a buffet or a limited selection menu for dinner. We chose one of the two meal options, a cod dish, and it was fantastic. You may want to check the cruise schedule before making your reservation because the ships park in front of the hotel, blocking the fjord view during the day time. We were told that the cruise ships are never at the dock overnight and usually arrive around 9:00 and leave about 16:00.

Great location

Booked a deluxe room with balcony as we wanted to enjoy Eidfiord and the view. But we had no view as the cruiseliners dock right in front of the hotel. Only compensation was a “sorry” when we checked in. So make sure to check if a cruise ship is in port before booking a room with a view.

The hotel is a great location. We had a regular room that didn't look out to the water. Our room was basic and the handbasin did not drain bery well. The shower screen was hopeless with water going everywhere. We paid $280 Aus for the night and this did include breakfast. The room did not have a fridge or coffee making facilities. You are paying an enormour price for the location. There is very little choice for food for dinner int Eidfjord. We bought two beers and some pizza pieces from the CoOp supermarket. Norway is so expensive for eating out.

Alles top. Das einzige Manko, Kühlschrank und Kaffee fehlen im Zimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
