Staff was great

The reason we picked this property was because of the continental breakfast and the swimming pool. We were informed that the worker that makes the breakfast was not working that day and the pool is closed for cleaning on Sundays.

Bathrooms need a deep clean. The grout which was originally a light gray was black .

This property is in major need of a renovation. Not clean. Tiles were open in the hallway to the ceiling, ripped curtains in the bathroom, toilet seat was barely on, rust completely around the door frame of the bathroom, all garbage cans were completely full in the general area. I could go on definitely won’t be staying here again.

our party had 5 rooms.staff was great. helped everyone in our party with printing our boarding passes for our flight home.all our rooms were clean and everything worked as it should.very pleased with this hotel stay

The room was clean. A little outdated but overall really nice. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Check in when great with a very pleasant Kayla. Our room was very clean. The towels and sheets were bright white.The entire motel smelled fresh and was in great shape. The breakfast was good. They offered a nice selection. Scrambled eggs,biscuits, sausage, hard boiled eggs,bagles,oatmeal,cereal,waffles, coffee,juice and milk. The motel is convenient to Flint Bishop Airport. I will definitely stay here again when I need a place in the area.

This is the second time that we have stayed in the last few weeks at this location. Kayla provided absolutely exceptional customer service. Our room choice was overbooked and she quickly relocated us to another room. She was quick to get us bedding for the sofa bed due to the last-minute change. We ordered a pizza and they didn’t provide any plates or silverware and Kayla was quick to get us what we needed. We always look forward to using the hot tub and it was a little cool (cold water coming from the jets) but we were happy that it was working because when I was there last it was not. My husband had an issue with one of the ice machines (Ice tested bad and there was something we couldn’t identify that came out of the machine… probably needs a cleaning), and Kayla addressed his concern as well. I always think we should try another hotel when we are in the area. However, we never do because of the customer service, the comfort, and the fact that the hotel is always quiet, even when there are large groups there.

Decent for the money

Very nice hotel. However we booked for the shuttle to the airport and it did not start until 9AM. Had to pay an extra $30 to get to airport. Very disappointing as our flight left at 7AM. Will definitely use a different hotel with shuttle service available early
