Great hotel & perfect location!

This hotel is in such a fantastic area, it is 20-min walk to anywhere and even better rideshare ride, and the metro is right there too. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff were great, and again amazing location. Hotel is well done, upscale, and clearly recently renovated. Great for a London stay. We were never more than 20-mins away from anything we wanted to do.

A Wonderful Family Stay with Warm Hospitality We had an amazing stay as a family, and we especially loved the warm and welcoming ambience of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The breakfast menu was fantastic, with a great variety of delicious options to choose from—something for everyone! Our 9-year-old daughter absolutely loved it, which made the experience even more special for us. It was the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We would definitely love to return. Highly recommended!

Excellent - worth every penny and I’d come back over and over! I got the family room with a pull out couch and the room was large! They provide fridge stocked with water and soda - all free. Chocolate upon checkin which was very nice. I had no complaints!

Stylish, welcoming and great central location. Definitely one of the best places we have stayed in London. The staff make it extra special, being friendly and helpful. Great rooftop bar. Would stay here again when visiting London.

It’s a pretty place. The in-room housekeeping staff works hard, but many of the desk staff could use some training. Ex, we didn’t have heat in our room and by the time someone followed through and attended to it after hours of us asking, it was too late and we were offered a heater. No one fixed it the next day until we asked several times, then no one took the heater out. No one called or asked if everything was okay. It’s January in London, it was cold. To pay for a room without heat wasn’t great but to not be checked on feels strange. There are several very friendly people standing around but it feels like no follow through. The breakfast buffet is just ok, average with nothing inventive or particularly interesting, few gf options other than toast and the sunny side up eggs are greasy. The yogurt is just two options. The fruit is watermelon and melon and just not beautiful. It’s a lovely hotel with lots of potential. It just needs less managers, more assistant managers who actually get things done.

We had the best experience at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. The staff was very helpful. The location was great and walkable to a lot of popular attractions. The hotel was clean, quiet, updated and we had a spacious room. I would stay here again.

disappointing lack of room service although the information systems in the hotel all said it did have room service. Then when descending to the restaurant on the ground floor theq were only serving miniature bar snacks an no proper meals.

We had an excellent stay. Excellent service from front desk, porters, and concierge.

Though only spending 1 night, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed spending the night after a day in London celebrating a special birthday. Thank you
