Good overall

On par with what you expect through this chain. Decent breakfast, big room and comfortable pillows.

Hotel was excellent. Rooms were great. We did use the pool but no towels… breakfast was amazing. If we come back for ball will stay again!

The front desk started it off wonky..Wanted to check in and then leave..didn’t even need in the room. They said they was still cleaning it. We waited 45 minutes before he even started the process. Then we finally do get to go to our room is really late, so we wanted to shower and sleep. Well there is no towels. In the entire hotel. No towels. They gave them all the pool people. Super frustrating. Breakfast was amazing tho! Good selection and it was hot. And the lady was super nice and kept it clean.

The gym could be better, but the place was clean, and the water was hot. My experience at another area hotel was not nearly as good.

The checkin clerk was so helpful and pleasant! The quickest check in Ive ever experienced. Our room was very nice and the bathroom was updated and very clean. Shower pressure and shower head was amazing! I forgot my soap and they had Dove brand hygiene products avaiable to use, full size at that! Breakfast was excellent and hit and fresh every morning. It was very quiet and the bed and pillows are top notch. Coming back in July and will not stay anywhere else!!

Overall the hotel was nice. There just need to be a fine tuning on a few things. The breakfast was awesome! The little Lady that prepared it was something special! Made me feel right at home.

Very clean hotel. Large room, but wouldve been nice to have a small couch rather than chaise. Otherwise, really great hotel!!
