Best location in São Paulo, not cheap, but super safe and tons of amazing restaurants and places to go near the hotel.

Perfect location, superb service, wonderful dining room, delicious bedding. A truly five star luxury experience.

I have stayed here countless times over the years. Hallways and elevators feeling dated and need refurbishment.

Staff were amazing and they did a special welcome for us. Food is stellar. Highly recommend the breakfast!

The renovated rooms are great, ask for one. The suite is also outstanding, even if a bit pricey. Suites have a lot of space and a view. Staff is extremely courteous and solicitous. Special shout out to Pimenta, who made our transit thru the reception area always a delight.
