Amazing staff. Very helpful. Disabled room was amazing with multi position beds and the mobility scooter for guest use was great.

The room was as expected but faced onto a building site including scaffolding that didn't feel particularly safe. The room was not cleaned during my stay despite the room materials saying it would be. The bathroom had a bad odor in general and there was little support or welcome from staff. While I expected the room to be basic given the price, service overall was really quite poor.

The area is perfect, Stockholm is actually gorgeous! Literally dozens if not hundreds of shops, restaraunts and cafes within a 10-20 minute walk, and the city is very walkable as you might expect. There are also a bunch of museums and historical locations, as well as all the major goverment buildings, like the Riksdag, in the area. Hotel was very nice, located across from a park and the national library. Lundry has to be dropped off by 0900 for same day service. There is also a small gym in the basement. 9/10 would definitely stay again!

Room was clean and the bed comfortable. But there wasn’t a bedside table or a place to put toiletries in the bathroom. Also, I couldn’t figure out how the heat/air conditioning worked.

Rather strange smell on level 4. Perhaps it was the weather? Or was it the carpet in the corridor? I thought air quality in the room was below normal.

Breakfast is spectacular

Super convenient location for luxury shopping. Reasonable walking distance if you’re arriving by ferry, great night life options and so many restaurants! The property has a nice gym and sauna, lobby and rooftop bars and friendly staff.

There is no AC. Only a square box that says contact reception if you want to change the temperature. Unfortunately, you only can increase the temperature with more heat. It's impossible to cool the room. When I found that out, I knew why there was a fan in the room. It was like a steam bath in my room. I could not open the window when I tried to sleep because of loud music by a local outside bard. Finally, they changed my room to one away from the noise and upgraded but there was no AC there either. I will never pay this kind to money to stay in a fancy expensive hotel with rooms too warm to sleep in.

The location was very central. It was 20 minutes walking distance from Central Station. I was able to get where I wanted to go within 15 minutes. Room was clean. Staff was lovely and offered luggage storage in a locked room. It was seamless check-in and check-out. I did not participate but in the evenings, the lobby / bar area was buzzing although not packed quiet. Highly recommend!

Perfectly nice hotel in a nice part of town. Room was a little small, but perfectly comfortable. Bed was super comfy, shower was lovely and powerful. Shame there was no kettle or coffee maker, but you could go to Reception.
