Wonderful place

We stayed at Cherry Valley Hotel on our way to D.C. and loved it so much that we stayed there on our return trip. The grounds are gorgeous with the gazebo and pond and strings of light. Highly recommended!

Loved this place ,very quiet and nice ,staff was friendly and easy to get to .

The floors needed cleaning and upgrading. The rooms were too close in terms of noise.

The property and rooms are lovely. We had a problem with our room not being ready even an hour after our designated check in time. We were given a different room than the one we booked and it was beautiful but the air conditioning didn’t work well.

Booked the executive sweet for views and the tub. The jets in the tub were inoperable, the chair in the living room was cheap and broke, and the view is terrible from this particular room.

It was a pretty hotel. The age shows a bit in the bathroom - rust spots. It was pretty clean but there were two items under the seat cushions.

Great place to stay and relax! The courtyard in the center is very peaceful. Very friendly staff across the board. Room and bathroom were clean, upgraded and comfortable.

We stayed here for a friends wedding and had a great time. We even forgot at item needed for the event and one of the staff members ran it out to us in the parking lot as we pulled back up to the hotel.

Stayed her for a weekend with my long distance boyfriend, our shower didn’t work, the place flooded, ice machine down and the pool was dirty. They refunded me for a half a nights stay and the front desk girl was rude in the process.

The property was overgrown, unkept, outdated, and flooded. After we made it to our room, I took my shoes off and walked beside our bed to plug in a phone charger and stepped in soaking wet carpet. Asked the front desk about it and they said it was from the rain. Either way, the building looks like it’s kept together just enough to sell rooms. It doesn’t look like it’s maintained very well. We walked though multiple “squishy” spots in the carpet throughout the hallways.

This was our second trip here. This is a really nice facility that needs a refresh and some maintenance.

The room was not very clean (trash between couch cushions and under furniture). There were small bugs in the bathroom. There was no daily cleaning and it took 2 calls to the front desk to get fresh towels and coffee refills. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Overbooked with one person inspecting rooms prior to letting clientele in-did not get my key until 535pm when check in is at 4 pm. Tv signal wasn’t working-rust on the tub floor, and pullout bed was not put together correctly and had sheets sticking out. I was compensated for late check in the next day on Monday-departing day-staff did all they could.

The staff and the dining room staff are amazing. We really enjoyed Anna, Morgan and Susie. The food was wonderful. We had breakfast vouchers each morning which we know is the smart way to go here! The a/c was ok but we could not adjust it to be as strong (blowing) as we like. Please fix the hottub so it is available for our next visit!

They genuinely cared about our visit. Checked in a couple times just to make sure we had everything we needed. Now if they could just find the uniform jersey we left there!

The housekeeping staff were friendly and worked hard. Pool was clean, but hot tub empty and out of order. There were some questionable stains on the curtains and we had to ask for hand soap and hangers bc our room didnt have either, but the staff was quick to resolve.

It was a good experience except for when by brother asked were the pool was to a guy in a suit

The staff was very friendly and amazing. The property is beautiful....had a gorgeous view of the courtyard with waterfalls and garden. The room was very nice and clean and the beds were comfortable.
