Surrounding area under renovation but hotel itself and the park side very nice

We came for one night on our honeymoon and were greeted so warmly upon arrival. They even had a towel placed in the shape of a heart and rose petals on our bed. The property was beautiful and in a fantastic neighborhood. We would absolutely come back!

We spent three nights at the hotel to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We had never been to Vichy. The experience was excellent, the hotel was beautiful and everything was clean and up-to-date. We booked a junior suite, which was lovely. Evening cocktails in the beautiful bar were beautifully served. Our spa treatments were excellent and the facilities are modern and very clean. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel with a nice terrace with views of the park. The bed was amazing, as was the bathtub ! Dinner in the main restaurant was amazing! Had the best magret de canard on my entire month long trip across France. Love this place

Amazing, beautiful place, swimming pool, breakfast. Wonderful bedroom. The Team is very top, kind. This hotel is my favorite. I’m very happy all the Time when i come to spend holiday. Thanks you

A bit disappointed regarding Thermal Spa facilities which claimed to be the largest scale in Europe

I love this spa and the location - the rooms and spa itself are a little tired. Tiles missing from the spa - things not open, etc. Overall it was a good experience but could use some updates.

Visited for the triathlon. Room was large and pleasant but the Hotel and especially the Spa was tired (no kettle always as disappointment)

Lovely hotel, I wanted to use the hotel pool, however it was still being refurbished, so the staff gave me a free pass to the Thermal Baths.

Beautiful hotel, the staff were lovely. We enjoyed looking out over the park and easy walking for the town and riverside. We hope to visit again

Excellent hotel, room with all facilities. Bar and gardens first class.

Wonderful hotel.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating. Julie, the manager in the bar is the best! She will tell you where to go for dinner, lunch and help you explore the best parts of Vichy! Cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Outdoor areas are wonderful and they are situated right on the promenade.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is located at the source. Everything else does not correspond to the level.

Musique à fond dans le bar jusqu’à tard- du coup chambre 117 à proscrire pour les enfants. Je m’attendais à mieux d’un hotel de ce standing. Vraiment déçue.

Lovely room, great restaurant, really really noisy outside with a smoking area underneath our hotel window - nasty.

The swmming pool was closed and they did not guests know before ever arriving at the premises. No compensation either
